MEGA Precision Printing Co. ("MEGA", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect

- Email addresses supplied when requesting a quote, sample pack or technical information
- Enquiry details you provide, such as surface type, temperature range, printer type, industry and application information used to recommend a suitable label
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use your information
Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange sample packs, provide technical recommendations, and maintain records of our correspondence with you. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell your data
MEGA does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers strictly where necessary to operate our business — for example, email hosting or courier services used to dispatch samples — and only to the extent required to provide that service.

Terms of Trade

These terms govern quotes, orders and supply between MEGA Precision Printing Co. ("MEGA", "we", "us") and the customer ("you"). By requesting a quote, sample pack or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & pricing
Each quote we issue will state its own period of validity. Where no validity period is stated, please confirm current pricing with us before placing an order, as prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars, with any applicable taxes confirmed at the time of quote.
Sample testing
Application suitability should be confirmed through sample testing. Samples supplied by MEGA are indicative of the product only; final suitability for your specific surface, temperature and workflow remains your responsibility to validate before committing to a production order.
Payment terms
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with each quote or order acknowledgement.
Lead times & delivery
Lead times provided are indicative estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual production and delivery timing may vary due to material availability, custom specifications, order volume or third-party courier and freight partners. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on dispatch.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGA's liability for any claim relating to supplied goods is limited to the resupply of the goods or the cost of resupply. MEGA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from label failure in applications that were not confirmed through sample testing prior to production. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
Proprietary label constructions, adhesive formulations and manufacturing processes developed by MEGA — including patented label technology — remain the intellectual property of MEGA Precision Printing Co. Full patent and registration details are available on request. Customers may not reverse-engineer, reproduce or resell MEGA's proprietary constructions without prior written consent.
Returns & faulty goods
Claims for faulty or defective goods must be raised within a reasonable time of receipt, with supporting evidence such as photographs and the relevant batch or lot number. Goods that fail due to application conditions that were not confirmed through sample testing prior to production are not considered faulty. This does not affect any consumer guarantee available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in relation to any dispute arising from these terms.
